Park Circus supplies films for public screening around the world, with titles for the next four weeks listed on our Now Showing page. Each week we highlight a selection coming up in the next seven days.

  • In the USA, the Block Cinema in Evanston, Illinois, will show Terence Davies’ biographical drama, The Long Day Closes on Friday 29 April
  • Alan Clarke’s rarely-screened 1987 comedy, Rita, Sue and Bob Too, arrives at New York’s Film Forum for four screenings from Saturday 30 April
  • Italy’s Commune di Verona will screen Danny Boyle’s 1994 drama, Shallow Grave, on Tuesday 3 May – Ewan McGregor, Christopher Eccleston and Kerry Fox star as Edinburgh housemates whose search for a new flatmate goes awry
  • Frank Capra’s 1932 melodrama, Forbidden, arrives in Norway on Tuesday 3 May, at Cinemateket USF. The film stars Barbara Stanwyck and Adolphe Menjou in a tragic love story that should surprise Capra’s fans
